Make Along with Lorre-Anne: How to make a card using the Crystal Art Tulip Bouquet Stamps
Posted by Gaurav Wadhwani on
You will need:
White 8" square card blank
White stamping card
Green & Pink card
Masking sheet
Stamps - Tulip Bouquet, Sparkling Sentiments
Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Gem pens, gems
Step 1

Cut white stamping card to 6 5/8" x 5 5/8". Place landscape and draw two faint lines along the card, equal distance from top and bottom
Step 2

Use Memento ink (Tuxedo Black) to ink up only the tulips and a couple of leaves
Step 3

Stamp the image in the centre of the top part of the card, above the first pencil drawn line
Step 4

Stamp the same image on to a masking sheet, carefully cut out and place over the first stamped image. Ink up the stamp again, as before, and stamp to either side of the masked off piece. You can stamp over the masking sheet as this will protect your original stamped image
Step 5
Repeat the above step to create a floral border along the top and bottom parts of the card
Step 6
Colour in the image using Gem pens
Step 7
Affix gems. Don't worry about the uneven border as we will cover this with a sentiment
Step 8
Cut green card to 6 3/4" x 5 13/16", white card to 7" x 6 1/16" and pink card to 7 5/16" x 6 7/16". Mat green card to white, then both of these to the pink card and affix to a 7 7/8" x 6 7/8" white card blank (trimmed down from 8" square card blank)
Step 9
Stamp sentiment on to white stamping card measuring 6 5/8" x 1 1/2". Add gems and mat to green card measuring 6 3/4" x 1 11/16"
Step 10
Affix floral image to card blank using double sided tape, and finish by adding sentiment panel with foam tape
Happy Crafting!
